We are currently recruiting facilitators that are interested in helping us in delivering outstanding coaching experiences to our clients. The role holder will design and deliver various leadership and management programmes, whilst also supporting the wider Learning and Organisational Development team on delivery of a range of ‘hot topics.
The post holder will have an opportunity to shape future development programmes, working alongside leaders and managers in the business to map out what the company requires to help maintain and grow its success.

We are looking for someone who has both a coaching or leadership qualification and experience delivering a variety of leadership and management programmes.
Requirements – Desirable
Having a background in using psychometrics to support leadership and team development would be a bonus.
Salary of £30,000
Job Location: Liverpool Street. Must be flexible and ready to deliver training in clients’ locations in and around London.

Professional Web Developer
As one of our Web Designers, you will assist in the design and layout of our websites and web applications. You will be closely working with our Software Developers to ensure professional and hassle-free implementation of our website products. You should have a strong understanding of user behaviour and prior experience implementing UX and UI design.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design engaging and responsive web pages.
Test and improve the designs of our websites and web software.
Maintain the appearance of our websites and software by enforcing content standards.
Communicate design ideas using user and process flows, wireframes, and site maps.
Preparing website designs and presenting website structure.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
REQUIRED CRITERIA
Previous experience as a Web Designer.
Experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser and device compatibility.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interactions.
Creative and open to new ideas.
Up to date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.
Strong understanding of user behaviour

Social Media Manager
This an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Social Media Manager/Digital Marketer to work within the UK Training industry as part of a motivated, fun, and friendly Marketing Team.
Working in a modern, purpose-built office located at Liverpool Street Office.
Day-to-day responsibilities will involve planning, designing, and scheduling of social media posts to help promote a positive image across our various social media platforms.
Liaise with our parks’ Sales Teams to create a monthly content plan for their Facebook pages to help increase engagement and ultimately increase sales.
Monitor our social media activity and regularly engage with our audience.
Respond to comments and messages.
Use insights from analytics to improve performance and gain market share.
Requirements:
- A keen interest in social media and Marketing
- Strong communication skills for writing post copy, blog articles, liaising with the parks’ Sales Teams, and effective reporting.
- Basic design skills and a working knowledge of Adobe design products including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro is an advantage, but not essential.
- A good team player who can work to tight deadlines using initiative.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively.
Salary: £18,000 – £20,000
